KONG : SKULL ISLAND

"Jordan Vogt-Roberts wanted custom logos for his Kong movie, and specifically wanted them to be based on the studio logo design aesthetic from the 70's. So I needed to come up with a sophisticated Hollywood studio logo as if it was created during that period of time. After extensive research and comparing logos for TV and film, I decided to go with a color scheme composed of warm tones combined with stripes, both of which were on trend with the elegant logo from the 70's."
